Innoko National Wildlife Refuge

The Innoko National Wildlife Refuge comprises more than 3,500,000 acres and has its headquarters in McGrath, Alaska. The northern unit of the refuge is managed as part of the Koyukuk and Nowitna national wildlife refuges.

Comprehensive Conservation Plan
Revision of the comprehensive conservation plan began in November 2006. Public meetings took place in communities near the refuge in late 2006 and early 2007. The revised plan was completed in September 2008 and will guide management of the refuge for the next 15 years. Land Protection Plan
