The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) and the Council of Athabascan
Tribal Governments (CATG ) signed an annual funding agreement on Friday,
April 30, 2004, in Washington, D.C. Under the terms of the first and subsequent agreements
the CATG performs some of the Service's activities on the Yukon
