Fire management staff for the National Wildlife Refuge System in Alaska are found in both our Alaska Regional Office in Anchorage (Division of Natural Resources) and on several National Wildlife Refuges. Fire Management Officers (FMOs) coordinate fire management activities at the regional and refuge level.
