An investigator may have to submit up to seven types of reports over the course
of a Fisheries Monitoring Program project. All applicable reports must be submitted
as scheduled. Delinquent or non-submission of any applicable report may result
in non-payment of invoices, suspension of award(s) or termination of the project. Timely submission of reports is a factor in evaluating subsequent funding requests. Use the table below to determine which reports you are responsible for and select the report type for more information on submitting and writing the report.
